Motion passed. Finance Update: The Finance Director presented the Year End Comparison for 2019 and 2020. AtYE 20201 the General Fund increased the Fund Balance by $126,654, the Water and Sewer Fund decreased the Fund Balance by $132,183. COVID has had an impact on the revenue for the Water and Sewer Fund. The Town did purchase a Utility Truck and a Dump Truck during the year without increasing the debt. The Town has purchased $417.38 more gas in August 2020 compared to. August 2019. The Finance Director suggested that thel Boardi investigate thisa additional expense sincei the gas priceshavec decreased by $.20 since August 2019. Tourism Update: Karen Taylor announced that Trunk or Treat willl be on Main Street October 31, 20201 from 3:00PM-6:00 PM: and the Christmas Parade will be December 12, 2020 at 6:00 PM.
