Commissioner Cawley made a motion to approve the August 6, 2020, August 20, 2020, and  October 1, 2020 Closed Session Minutes and it was approved Pursuant to NCGS149-318.1(0)8) Attorney-Client Privilege Charles Anderson reviewed Phase VI ofthe Ararat River received grants for obtaining easements and 75% of design.
