Lizzie gave a detailed power point presentation highlighting the potential development that includes a hotel and conference center. Lee and Judy Mills contacted Gene Rees about building town homes along Franklin Street to compliment the development occurring on the Spencer's site. Estimated home price would be $250,000. - $325,000. This area would need to be rezoned to R6 to meet City zoning requirements. Lizzie spoke about the benefits ofdowntownliving.
