MOUNT AIRY, NORTH CAROLINA CLOSED SESSION December 2, 2021  MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Ron Niland, Commissioners Jon Cawley, Tom Koch, Marie  Wood, Steve Yokeley, and Joe Zalescik  CLOSED SESSION:  a) Pursuant to NCGSI 143-318.11(8)(6) Personnel  The Board discussed personnel issue regarding 1 interviewing for the new City Manager. Darren Lewis distributed interview packets for the five candidates. Darren reviewed the  schedule for the interviews. OPENSESSION: session. RECESS:  -  On motion by Commissioner Koch and passed unanimously, the board entered back into open  -  Commissioner Koch made a motion to recess to December 7, 2021 1:00pm for City Manager  interviews and it was approved unanimously.
