Personnel  The Board entered into Closed Session for City Manager interviews.  OPEN SESSION: session. RECESS:  -  On motion by Commissioner Cawley and passed unanimously, the board entered back into open  Commissioner Wood made a motion to recess to December 10, 2021 1:00pm for City Manager  interviews and it was approved unanimously.
