MOORESVILLE ABC BOARD February 18th, 2021  Attendees: Ben Goins, Chairman  Irvin Walls, General Manager Nathan Brown, Finance Officer  Bob Amon, Board Member Mike Deaton, Board Member  Chairman Goins called the meeting to order at Store #1. Chairman Goins opened the meeting by Minutes were read and approved for the meeting held on December 17th, 2020. The Board  asking all Board Members ift there were any conflicts ofi interest. Meeting for January, 2021 was cancelled due to COVID 19 issues.  Store Operations:  Inventories were completed at each Store during first week of January, 2021. No issues or  concerns were found.  Personne!:  No personnel issues or concerns were presented to the Board.  Finance:  The Board reviewed and approved the December 31st, 2020 and January 315t, 2021 financial statements from Gantt Malzi, CPA Firm. A copy ofe each Financial Statement is on Motion by Bob Amon, seconded by Mike Deaton to disburse $600,000.00 to the Town of Motion by Mike Deaton, seconded by Bob Amon to disburse $27,753.53 to the Town of Motion by Mike Deaton, seconded by Bob Amon to disburse $38,854.94 to the Town of  file at Store #1 for viewing.  Mooresville from December 2020 quarter profits.  Mooresville Law Enforcement from December 2020 quarter profits. Mooresville for Alcohol Education from December 2020 quarter profits.
