Chairman Goins opened the meeting by asking all Board  Members if there were any conflicts of interest  Minutes were read and approved for the meeting held on December 23, 2021.  Store Operations:  Mooresville ABC: stores were closed for New Year's Dayl holiday on. January 1, 2022. Store #1 inventory completed dn. January11,2022; Store #2 inventory completed. January 25, 2022.  Personne!:  Noi issues or concerns were presented to the Board.  Finance:  Review December 31, 2021 Financial Statements from Gantt Malzi, CPA.  Motion by Mike Cook, seconded by Bob Amon to disburse $600,000.001 to town of Mooresville from Motion by Mark Childers, seconded by Bob Amon to disburse $29,018.00 to Law Enforcement from Motion by Mike Cook, seconded by Mark Childers to disburse $40,625.21 to Alcohol Education  December Quarter 2021 profits December Quarter profits.
