MOORESVILLE ABC BOARD MINUTES  June 16,2022  ATTENDEES: Ben Goins, Chairman  Mike Cook, Board Member Mark Childers, Board Member Bob Amon, Board Member Kelly Hill, Board Member  Chairman Goins called the meeting to order at Store #1. Chairman Goins opened the meeting  by asking all Board Members ift there were any conflicts of interest. Minutes were read and approved for the meeting held May19, 2022.  Store Operations:  Fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 inventories at each store will be performed at Store ABC Stores will be closed on Monday, July 4th for Independence Day.  #1-6/30/22; Store #2-7/01/22; store #3-6/29/22. MXB Delivery starting July 1, 2022.  Reviewed information regarding 2022 Annual Meeting and Trade Show. July 10-12in  Concord N.C.  Personnel: Finance:  Noi issues or concerns were presented to theBoard.  Review May 2022 financial statements from Gantt Malzi, CPA Firm. Approved 2022-2023 budget.
