MOORESVILLE ABCI BOARD MINUTES November 17,2022  ATTENDEES: Ben Goins, Board Chairman  Mike Cook, Board Member Bob Amon, Board Member Kelly Hill, Board Member  Ben Goins called the meeting to order at Store #1. Mr. Goins opened the meetingl by asking all  Board Members ift there were any conflicts ofi interest.  Minutes were read and approved fori the meeting held October 20, 2022.  Store Operations:  Store willl be closed Thursday, November 24,2022 for Thanksgiving Holiday. Holiday items are on the shelves at each: store for purchase.  Personne!:  New Store Manager for Store #2, Anthony Teachy, with training to: start November  28, 2022.  Finance:  Review/Approve October 2022 financial Statements from Gantt/Malzi CPA firm. CPA, Brian Gantt, attended meeting to discuss Fiscal V/E June 30, 2022 Financial  Statements.  There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
