MOORESVILLE ABC BOARD MINUTES April 20, 2023  ATTENDEES:  Ben Goins, Board Chairman Bob Amon, Board Member Mark Childers, Board Member Mike Cook, Board Member  Ben Goins called the meeting to order at Store #1. Mr. Goins opened the meeting by asking all  Board Members if there were any conflicts ofi interest.  Minutes were read and approved for the meeting held March 16, 2023.  Store Operations:  ABC: stores closed April 10,2023 for Easter Monday. Inventories completed at all stores.  Personnel:  No issues or concerns were presented to the Board.  Finance:  Review/Approve March 2023 financial Statement from Gantt Malzi, CPA Firm. Disbursement of funds to Town of Mooresville from March 2023 quarter profits. Net Income $98,909.13anuary), $199A1441fFebruan), 246,203.33March) totaling Motion by Mark Childers, seconded by Bob Amon to disburse $700,000.00 to the Motion by Mike Cook, seconded by Mark Childers to disburse $24,358.41 to Law Motion by Bob Amon, seconded by Mike Cook to disburse $34,101.77 to Alcohol  $544,526.87.  Town of Mooresville from March 2023 quarter profits. Enforcement from March 2023 quarter profits. Education from March 2023 quarter profits.
