Call to Order  Mayor Pollino called the meeting to order at 5:39pm and determined a quorum was present. Present: Mayor Pollino, Mayor Pro Tem Vandenberg, Councilman Lein, Councilman Wortman Staff Present: Christina Amos, Austin W. Yow, Jamie Privuznak, Rohit Ammanamanchi  Present Virtually: Councilman Marcolese  Absent: None  2. Consider. Allowing Councimembers to Participate Remotely  MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Vandenberg moved to allow Councilmember Marcolese toj participate remotely.  VOTE: The motion passed unanimously. 3. Adoption of the Agenda VOTE: The motion passed unanimously.  MOTION: Councilman Marcolese moved to adopt the agenda as presented.  BUDGET WORK ESION-FY2021-2022  1. Discussion of General Budget  Christina Amos, Village Manager, reviewed the proposed FY 2021-2022 budget message. She then reviewed various line- items in the budget workbook. Council asked questions regarding and discussed line items related to Village Hall, Council and board stipends, solid waste services. Council discussed and agreed to increase their stipends received for serving and  attending meetings to $100 per month.
