Thej property currently resides in the Residential (RSFD) Zoning District and Kingdom Investments, b) Request from the' Town of Maxton for a Special Use Permit to operate an Air Curtain Incinerator (ACI) on Town owned property Parcel# 11080100701. Propose that each advisory committee have a capital project line item where collected donations will bel kept separate from the general fund and can rollover from year to year.
