Parks & Rec Advisory Members Absent: Paul Craft & Tony Brancazio Council Member Representative: John Capes Staff Members Present: Kenny Cole, Matthew Johnson, Scott Coakley, & Katie McBride Visitors Present: Carol Brooks 1. Call to Order- Pickett called the meeting to order 2. Introduction of Council Representative Capes- Cole introduced Capes to the Parks and Recreation Committee. He stated that Capes had volunteered to serve on the Committee and that he would be the liaison between Parks and Rec and Town Council. Cole stated that he had Capes said that he was happy to: serve as the Council Representative for the Parks and Rec 3. Approval of minutes from the November 6, 2017 meeting- Wilson made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 6, 2017 meeting. Sampson made a second to the motion. The 4. He noted that the Town was planning on working with the. Jamestown Business Association (JBA) to continue hosting the summer movie series.
