STAFF PRESENT Interim Town Manager Chancer McLaughlin, Town Clerk, Ashley Wyatt, Deputy Town Clerk, Coronda Regan, Finance Director Drew Holland, Parks & Recreation Director Lamarco Morrison, Police Chief Stephen Dollinger, Deputy Public Works Director Bruce Clark, Town Planner Emily Weidner, and Stormwater Administrator Beth Brown. BUDGET PRIORITIES OF THE BOARD Mayor Bellflowers allowed each Commissioner the opportunity to convey to staff the budget Commissioner Legge stated the following: Jack White bike path improvements, completion and implementation of full pay study, reallocation of funds to complete the baseball complex and Commissioner Craver stated the following: Construction ofa Senior Center, community meetings within various neighborhoods in the Town, more benches included at the greenway, and Commissioner Marley stated the following: Projections being completed and the completion of priorities that they wanted to see addressed in the upcoming fiscal year. greenways. recognition dinner for committee volunteers. the pay study. Mayor Bellflowers stated the following: Recruitment of a Planning Director to focus on commercial businesses, completion ofthe pay study, unfreezing the 3 fire fighter positions, hiring additional police officers, and purchasing additional vehicles for public works.
