COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT Mimlitsch(ZOOM). STAFF PRESENT OTHERS PRESENT None. FEE SCHEDULE  The meeting was called to order by Mayor Brown at 5:03 pm.  Mayor Earnell Brown, Councilman Norman, Mayor Pro Tem Ashley Hodges(ZOOM), and Councilman Jerry  Town Manager Pamela Hurdle and Finance Director Brian Lewis.  Finance Director Lewis gave Councilmembers a copy oft the purpose fee schedule that willl be used in the upcoming budget year. Much discussion on the subject of credit card usage fee. Mr. Lewis stated he will get clarity on questions that  arose from the credit card usage fee discussion. FINANCE COMMITTEE PURPOSE  Councilman Jackson was absent from the meeting toj present the purpose of the finance committee. Councilman Norman made the motion to adjourn and seconded the motion by Councilman Mimlitsch.  Vote 4-0.
