Town of Hertford Monday, December 13, 2021 6:00 p.m.  Organizational Meeting (County Courthouse/ Zoom)  The Council of the Town of Hertford held its Organizational Meeting at the Perquimans  Courthouse (also by Zoom) on Monday December 13, 2021.  County  COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT Earnell Brown, Mayor Jerry Mimlitsch COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT Frank Norman OTHERS PRESENT Sandra Anderson, Councilwoman- Elect Pamela Hurdle, Town Manager recitation oft the pledge of allegiance. The motion passed 4-0 with the  by  yay yay yay yay  The Honorable Janice McKenzie Cole administered the oath of office first to Connie Brothers Councilman Mimlitsch made the motion to reappoint Councilman Hodges as Mayor Pro Tem. The motion was seconded by Counciwoman Anderson. The motion passed 5-0 with the  andi then to Sandra Anderson. BOARD APPOINTMENTS the following Boards:  Amotion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Hodges to raise the Hertford Fire Department's call bonus to $13 per call for the officers and $12 per call for the firemen. There was no discussion.
