October 28, 2014 meeting,  The Town of Franklin Board of Aldermen had a special called meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 6:301 P.M. at Wolfgang'sl Restaurant & Wine Bistro in Highlands. The purpose ofthe meeting was tol have a joint discussion with Macon County and the Town ofHighlands.  The meeting was called to order at 6:30P.M.  The following Town of Franklin Board members were present: Mayor Robert S. Scott, Aldermen Patti Abel, Joyce Handley, and Farrell Jamison. Aldermen Verlin Curtis, Billy Mashburn and Staff members present were: Town Manager Summer Woodard and Town Clerk Chad Simons.  Barbara McRae were absent.  The Board took no action.
