The purpose oft the meeting was to have aj joint discussion with Macon County and the Town ofHighlands.  The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scott at 6:001 P.M.  The following Town of Franklin Board members were present: Mayor Robert S. Scott, Aldermen Patti Abel, Joyce Handley, Farrell Jamison, Billy Mashburn and Barbara McRae. Staffm members present were: Town Manager Summer Woodard and Town Clerk Chad Simons.  The Board took no action. Adiournment  The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 P.M.
