Ouro current ordinance regulates ownership which we have found to not be permissible. This arose from a citizen text change request to allow the homes to be rented. 2) Achange to the accessory structures definition. The current ordinance regulates accessory. structure size based on the lot size only. Staff proposes a change that would regulate based on primary structure size in addition to lot size. ****Staff recommend scheduling a public hearing for April 7
