We have drafted and An assessment of our Information Technology has been completed by Pharr Technologies and Discussions have been initiated with Nick Parker regarding the Hamrick Road water and: sewer agreements that were executed in 2010 with the property owners. More information to follow Davis and Floyd engineering are closing their Hickory office and we have since parted ways. US Infrastructure in Charlotte has been retained to provide engineering services for VCM and other The overall park ordinance is still being reviewed by staff. We expect this to come back to you at the next workshop meeting for adoption in April which is enough time before our May 1st We have discovered we need additional land from Ben Rudissil to construct the Lakewood Greenway. The floodwayi is the problem but we believe Mr. Rudissil will donate this land to Central Park: study completed and the presentation will be made ati the retreat on the 24th Wel have a Goat Island progress meeting Feb: 18th and I will have more information for you after this meeting. Ouro current ordinance regulates ownership which we have found to not be permissible. This arose from a citizen text change request to allow the homes to be rented.  2) Achange to the accessory structures definition.  The current ordinance regulates accessory. structure size based on the lot size only. Staff proposes a change that would regulate based on primary structure size in addition to lot size.  ****Staff recommend scheduling a public hearing for April 7
