Anthony Norris, Commissioner Timothy Blackburn, Town Clerk, Shauna' Harper  Purpose: Closed Session- Personnel NCGS143-318110)06) Call to Order by Mayor Pro Tem Strickland  Pledge of Allegiance was said by all. Commissioner. Anthony conducted the invocation. All approved Ramona Arias wasi interviewed by' Town Clerk Shauna' Harper, Mayor Pro Tem Jos Strickland and Commissioner Jo Strickland: fort thej position of Deputy Clerk. They recommended her to the board Commissioner Smith suggested hiring pending passing an employment drugt test andl background check. Commissioner. Anthony Norris motioned tol hire Ramona once confirmation of passed drug and employmentscren.ng Seconded by Commissioner Smith, unanimous decision tol hire Ramona Commissioner. Lee will schedule interviews for potential public works employees. Motion was made by Commissioner Smith to exit closed: session, seconded by Commissioner Motion to goi into open session by Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Lee, Ramona Motion by Commissioner Smith to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Anthony  agenda.
