Approve Budget Amendments for the 2021-22 Fiscal Year (Dina Reavis) Presented the following for consideration: BA# 2022-25 Appropriate Fund Balance and other revenues for Year End overages for Fund 10 (General Fund) Total revenues (amended): $1,702,158 Total expenditures (amended): $13,249 Year End Overages for Fund 30 (Water Fund) Total revenues (amended): $1,303,700 Total expenditures (amended): $10,622 Year End overages for Fund 15 (Explore Elkin) Total revenues (amended): $700 Total expenditures (amended): $700 Purchase Order Rollover FY 2021-2022 to FY 2022-23 These are purchase orders that were budgeted and encumbered in this fiscal year but have not been completed or the equipment has not been received yet and need to roll over into next year's funding: Total $203,358.90 BA# 2022-26 Appropriate Fund Balance and other revenues for BA# 2022-27 Appropriate Fund Balance and other revenues for Commissioner McCulloch made a motion to approve these budget amendments and purchase order rollovers as presented. There were no questions. Upon a second by Commissioner Ball, the motion was unanimously approved (copies included as Exhibits A, B, Cand D respectively). MANAGER UPDATES Waste Management Second Amendment to Agreement: Although funding for this item was approved during our budget approval process, the Agreement was not included on our last agenda. This Agreement needs Board approval. Commissioner Ball made a motion to approve the Second Amendment to Agreement Between the Town of Elkin, North Carolina and Waste Management of Carolinas, Inc. beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027.
