This will allow Public Works to better operate at peak efficiency when communicating guidelines to the public, especially as leaf Conversation regarding the placement (and time-period of allowable placement at the curb) for garbage/ recycling receptacles storage will definitely require board discussion and feedback given the difficulty of "uniform" language being able to be enforced across Town. This is especially true given the layout of "old mill" neighborhoods and streets (example below) that might not have sidewalks and instead have situations with yards/structures houses where the sanitation receptacle can be seen no matter where it is stored after pick-up. changes. season approaches. Center Street Thisi is as situation that does need to be remedied because the receptacle is" "offt the sidewalk/ street", but by such as small margin it basically makes no difference. Difficult situation because the cans are "off the street" and in a driveway, but still are visible with little room. Perspective/ Recommendation This is just the initial presentation by staff and subsequent discussion and direction from the BOC, SO no action is requested at the September 17,2020 meeting. 155 North Main St., Cramerton, North Carolina 28032 Phone: 704-824-4337 Fax: 704-824-8943 6 GENERAL PROVISIONS $92.001 DEFINITIONS.
