CEREMONIAL MEETING  December 14, 2021  TOWN OFI DAVIDSON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS  The Town of Davidson Board of Commissioners held a ceremonial meeting on Tuesday, December: 14, 2021 in the Town Hall Board Room. Present were Mayor Rusty Knox and Commissioners. Jane Campbell, Matthew Fort, Jim Fuller, Autumn Rierson Michael, and David Sitton. Town Manager. Jamie Justice, Assistant Town Manager Austin Nantz, Town. Attorney Mary Ann Swan, and Town Clerk Betsy Shores  were also present.  CALLTOORDER  Mayor Knox called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.  RECOGNITION OF OUTGOING COMMISSIONERS  Mayor Knox recognized Commissioner David Sitton (2017-2021), Commissioner Matthew Fort (2017- 2021), and Commissioner. Jim Fuller (2011-2021) for their service to the Town of Davidson.  RECESS Mayor Knox called a recess. CALLTOORDER  Mayor Knox called the meeting back to order at 6:44 p.m.  OATHO OF OFFICE  Mayor Rusty Knox, Commissioner. Jane Campbell, Commissioner Matthew Dellinger, Commissioner Ryan Fay, Commissioner Tracy Mattison Brandon, and Commissioner Autumn Rierson Michael took the oath  of office.  NEW BUSINESS  a) The board of commissioners shall select among its members the Mayor Pro-Tempore to preside over board meetings int the mayor's absence with all the powers specified as the presiding officer. The Mayor  Pro-Tempore is chosen by a vote oft the commissioners.  Commissioner Rierson Michael. nominated Commissioner Campbell as Mayor Pro-Tempore.  The motion passed unanimously/5-0).    b) Mayor Knox appointed the following commissioners as representatives to area boards and  commissions:  Centralina Regional Council- Autumn Rierson Michael Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization - Matthew Dellinger Lake Norman Chamber- -Tracy Mattison Brandon Lake Norman Economic Development Corporation- - Ryan Fay Lake Norman Transportation Commission - Matthew Dellinger Metropolitan Transit Commission - Rusty Knox Visit Lake Norman Jane Campbell  b) The board reviewed the proposed 2022 Meeting Schedule.  Commissioner Campbell made a motion to approve the 2022 Meeting Schedule as proposed.  The motion passed unanimously (5-0).  ADJOURN  Commissioner Campbell made a motion to adjourn.
