BOARD CHAMBERS  The Regular Meeting of the Board. of Aldermen was held in the Aldermanic Chambers of the Municipal Building located on 105 South Long Street in East Spencer, NC. The meeting was  called to order by Mayor Mallett at 6:30 P.M. Public Hearing for CDBG Sewer Grant Application and Adoption of Resolution A motion was made to open the Public Hearing for the CDBG Sewer Grant Application with the certification by recording officer by Alderman Noble; seconded by Alderwoman High. Motion passes unanimously. Motion to adopt the Resolution by made by Alderman Cowan; seconded by Motion for certification by recording officer by Alderman Gibson; seconded A public comment was made by Kenny Foxx advising the Board to research information from Duke University for a study on containers to Motion was made to close the Public Hearing by Alderman Noble; seconded by Alderman Gibson. Motion passes unanimously. B. Request to Receive Property: West Earnhardt Street- Joe Morris, Town Planner C. Final Plans for Community Day Event-Tatia Seward, Administrative Assistant D.
