BOARD CHAMBERS  SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN  The Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held in the Aldermanic Chambers of the Municipal Building located on 105 South Long Street in East Spencer, NC. The meeting was called to order by Mayor  Mallett at 6:30 P.M. Members Present: Holmes, Dwayne Noble, John Hillian, Tony Cowan, Curtis High, Deloris  Members Absent:  Mayor Pro Tem Alderman Alderman Alderman Alderwoman  I.  Call the Meeting to order Opening Prayer  HI. Pledge of Allegiance to the flag IV. Approval of the Agenda  Motion was made by Alderman Hillian; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Holmes  V. Call For Executive Session - Personnel  Motion was made to enter Executive Session by Alderman Hillian; seconded by Mayor Pro Motion to close executive session by Mayor Pro Tem Holmes; seconded by Alderman Hillian. Action taken: Interim Town Manager, F.E. Isenhour wrote a letter of resignation to the Board. Motion taken to accept the letter of resignation made by Mayor Pro Holmes; seconded by  Tem Holmes. Motion passes unanimously.  Motion passes unanimously.  Alderman Hillian. Motion passes unanimously.
