TOWN OF EAST SPENCER RECESSED REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN Thursday, May 30, 2019 2:00 P.M. BOARD CHAMBERS  The Recessed Meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held in the Aldermanic Chambers of the Municipal Building located on 105 South Long Street in East Spencer, NC. The meeting was  called to order by Mayor Mallett at 2:15 P.M.  Members Present: Barbara Mallett, Mayor High, Deloris, Alderwoman Noble, John Hillian, Tony I. II.  Members Absent: Holmes, Dwayne Mayor Pro Tem Cowan, Curtis  Alderman  Alderman Alderman  Call the Meeting to order by Mayor Mallett Opening Prayer by Mayor Mallett.  II. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag  IV. Approval of the Agenda. Motion was made to approve the Agenda by Alderman Noble;  seconded by Alderwoman High. Motion passes unanimously.  V.  Proposed FY 2019 - 2020 Town Budget.  Interim Town Administrator went through the FY 2019 - 2020 Budget with the Mayor and Board members present in detail to answer any questions pertaining to the budget and line items. The board decided to add both a new updated Schedule Fee and Chief Hovis Health stipend discussion to the next Regular Meeting, June 3, 2019.  VIII.
