Deason Various Department Directors Call to Order: Mayor Dusch called the meeting to order. Closed Session: Ar motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Crawford and seconded by Council Member Small to enter into closed pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11(a)6) to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of ani individual public officer ore employee or prospective public officeror employee- -the vote: all aye. A motion was made by Council Member McKenzie and seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Crawford to reconvene in open session--the vote: all aye. Upon reconvening in open session, the following items were discussed: 1. WSACC sewer allocation update The Water Resources Director, Jeff Corley, stated the WSACC Board approved an interlocal agreement for sewer allocation.
