FINANCE WORK: SESSION  March 6, 2023  TOWN OFI DAVIDSON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS  The Town of Davidson Board of Commissioners held al Finance Work Session on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Town Hall and Community Center in Room 120. Present were Mayor Rusty Knox and Commissioners Tracy Mattison Brandon, Jane Campbell, Matthew Dellinger, Ryan Fay, and Autumn Rierson Michael. Town Manager. Jamie. Justice, Assistant Town Manager Austin Nantz, Economic Development Director Kim Fleming, Finance Director Pieter Swart, Fire Chief Ryan Monteith, Housing and Equity Director Eugene Bradley, Parks and Recreation Director Leslie' Willis, Planning Director Jason Burdette, Police Chief Kimber Davidson, Project Manager Doug' Wright, Public' Works Manager. Jesse Bouk, Town  Attorney Mary Ann Swan, and' Town Clerk Betsy Shores were also present.  CALLTOORDER  Mayor Knox called the meeting to order at! 5:00 p.m.  RESENTATION/BOARD INPUT & DISCUSSION  Town Manager. Justice, Assistant Town Manager Nantz, and Finance Director Swart reviewed and discussed with the board the financial climate, county revaluation, budget pressures in FY2024, long term financial model, MI Connection funds update, ARPA funding, and the budget calendar.  No actions were taken during the finance work: session.  ADJOURN  Commissioner Campbell made a motion to ajoura-tnemecting. The motion passed  unanimously( (5-0).
