TOWN OF COATS Board of Commissioners October 28, 2021 Special Call Meeting OFFICIAL MINUTES  ABSTRACT  A special called meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on October 28, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.  in the training room at Coats Town Hall.  II. ROLL CALL  Mayor Chris Coats, Mayor Pro-Tem Jerry Beasley, Commissioner Allen Mosby, Commissioner  Kelvin Gilbert and Commissioner Marc Powell attended. Commissioner. John Raynorv was absent.  IlI. CALL TOORDER  A quorum being present, Mayor Coats called the meeting to order at! 5:00 p.m.  Mayor Coats delivered the invocation and led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.  RESOLVED, to accept agenda.  MOTION BY: COMMISSIONER ALLEN MOSBY, SECOND BY: COMMISSIONER MARCPOWELL APPROVED: AYES (4): MAYOR PRO-TEM JERRY BEASLEY, COMMISSIONERS MOSBY, GILBERT  AND POWELL. NOES (0):  IV. NEW BUSINESS  Nick Holcomb Town Manager informed the Board that the November regular schedule Board meeting falls on Veterans Day and is a Town holiday for the staff. Mr. Holcomb requested the Board to give directions on whether to reschedule the regular meeting or to have the November Discussion among the Board to reschedule the regular Board meeting to November 10, 2021a at7  meeting on the second Thursday as per the Town Ordinance.  p.m.  Page: 1of3    RESOLVED, to reschedule the November Board meeting on November 10, 2021.
