Town of Bermuda Run Town Council Meeting Minutes October 10, 2017 - 7:00 PM  The Town Council of] Bermuda Run held its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at7 7:00 Council Members Present: Mayor Kenneth A. Rethmeier, DrPH; Ed Coley; Rick Cross  PM. The meeting was. held at Bermuda Run Town Hall.  Mike Ernst; John Guglielmi; and Jerry West  Council Members Absent: None  Also Present: Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Moment of Silence Adoption of the Agenda  Lee Rollins, Town Manager and Brian Williams, Town Attorney  Mayor Rethmeier called the meeting to order.  Council Member Mike Ernst made ai motion to approve the October 10, 2017 meeting agenda as presented. Council Member Rick Cross seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a vote of  fve (5) inj favor and none opposed.  Approval of the September 12, 2017N Meeting Minutes byal vote offive (5) inj favor and none opposed.  Council Member. Jerry West made ai motion to approve the September 12, 2017 Town Council Meeting Minutes as presented. Council Member John Guglielmi seconded the motion. The motion was approved  Citizens Comments - None Proposed Meeting Action Items  A. Agreement with the Davie County Sheriff's Department  The agreement presented before the Town Council is for the Davie County Sheriff's Department to provide for one fully equipped and fully trained law enforcement officer for duty in the Town for forty (40) per week. The assignment of duties is tol be made under the direction Each Council Member provided their comments as to the advantages and disadvantages of such an agreement.
