Town of Bermuda Run Town Council Meeting Minutes September 12, 2017 - 7:00 PM  The Town Council of Bermuda Run held its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2017at Council Members Present: Mayor Kenneth A. Rethmeier, DrPH; Ed Coley; Rick Cross  7:00 PM. The meeting was held at Bermuda Run Town Hall.  Mike Ernst; John Guglielmi; and Jerry West  Council Members Absent: None  Also Present: Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Moment of Silence Adoption of the Agenda  Lee Rollins, Town Manager and Brian Williams, Town Attorney  Mayor Rethmeier called the meeting to order.  Council Member.Jerry West made a motion to approve the September 12, 2017 meeting agenda as presented. Council Member. John Guglielmi seconded: the motion. The motion was approved by a vote Council Member Mike Ernst made ai motion to approve the. August 8, 2017 Town Council Meeting minutes as presented. Council Member Rick Cross seconded. the motion. The motion was approved bya  offive (5) inj favor and none opposed. Approval of the August 8, 2017 Meeting Minutes vote offive (5) infavor and none opposed. Citizens Comments- None Action Items  A. Public Hearing to Receive Comment on the Proposed Voluntary Annexation Being duly advertised, Mayor Rethmeier opened the public hearing regarding the petition for voluntary annexation by Trent Adams for ai new residential subdivision in Kinderton Village. He asked for those that wished to speak in favor of the proposed annexation. There were: none. Mayor Rethmeier then asked for those that wished to speak in opposition to the proposed annexation. There were: none. Mayor Rethmeier then closed the public hearing. B. An Ordinance to Extend the Corporate Limits of the Town of] Bermuda Run Council Member Rick Cross made ai motion to adopt the ordinance to extend the corporate limits ofthe Town of Bermuda Run as presented. Council Member Ed Coley seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a vote offive (5) inj favor and none opposed.  Council/Mayor Comments: No Council Member comments.  Adjourn none opposed.
