CTA20-STemporay Signs (#1)  Erin Burris with Benchmark Planning presented the purpose oft the amendment to the Council The proposed text amendment is intended to permit temporary signage for permitted temporary uses (i.e. Christmas tree sales) and construction projects with valid building permits. These were excluded by oversight during aj previous amendment intended to comply with Supreme Court Case Reed VS. Town of Gilbert, AZ.. Lee Rollins and Mayor Rethmeier have met with thel BRCC Manager, Nathan Broyles and discussed issues related to the restaurant. Note - there have been many community events at the East Country Club locations Jobn Guglielmi- - Asked ift the Community Officer checks the BB&T Sports Complex when large events occur on the weekends. There have been recent car break-ins, etc. To our knowledge, the sports complex hires  were: a County-related issue as opposed to at Town: issue.  6.
