Town of Bermuda Run Town Council Meeting Minutes November 13, 2018- 6:00 PM  The Town Council of Bermuda Run held its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 13,2018 at Council Members Present: Mayor. Kenneth. A. Rethmeier, DrPH; John Guglielmi, Rick Cross,  6:00: PM. The meeting was held at Bermuda Run Town Hall.  Mike Ernst, Chris Fowler, and Jerry West  Council Members Absent: None  Also Present: Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Moment of Silence  Lee Rollins, Town Manager; Cindy Griffith, Town Clerk Mayor Kenneth Rethmeier called the meeting to order. Adoption of the Agenda  Council Member. Mike Ernst made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Council. Member Rick Cross seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a vote offive (5) infavor and none opposed.  NCDOT Division 9 Project Update - Pat Ivey, P.E., Division Engineer Pat Ivey presented a 2018 Transportation Update to the Council. Town Manager Comments  Town Manager Lee Rollins thanked Marcia Barney (who was in attendance) for inviting him to the Commercial Realtors Meeting in Winston-Salem on November 13, 2018 where he gave an update There will be an update from the Davie County Sheriff's Department at the December Council  about the Town of Bermuda Run - primarily the hotel RFP.
