The Planning Board heard the request at their May 15, 2019: meeting and voted unanimously to recommend approval. The property is located off ofE Hwy. 801 neat Hal Walker Road and N. Claybon Drive and is in the Town's ETJ. The rezoning would allow for flexibility in lot sizes for a subdivision of up to 1501 lots.
