Public Comments-NONE  Powell Bill Reimbursement Agreement  Lee Rollins presented an agreement with NCDOT consisting oft thei removal of decorative landscaping and capping ofroundabout splitter islands with asphalt. The motion was approved by a vote offour (4)infavor and none Appointment: Paul Howard to the Bermuda Run Tourism Development Authority The Bermuda Run Tourism Development Authority has recommended that Paul Howard be appointed to serve on the' TDA Board. Mr. Howard is the Membership Director at Bermuda Run Country Club and has spent his career in sales and events planning. If appointed, Mr. Howard would: replace Justin Council.
