Jewell-LJB Engineering The proposal, not to exceed $55,000 would require an amendment to the budget. After much discussion, the Council agreed to have Lee Rollins and. Attorney Brian Williams request a Draft. Agreement from John Grey Engineering. B. Proposed Names of New Kinderton Assess Streets Proposed new street names are "Burnette Way" and "Bingham Way". This is to honor developers of] Kinderton @ Bermuda Run. Official naming at the October 13 Council Meeting. (NOTE after meeting: Burnette Way and Bingham Way are not available names per E-911) Town Manager Lee Rollins provided a 4-page summary oft the recent study, showing areas over the 85th percentile. 115 pages were sent to Davie County Sheriff] JD Hartman who said the information would be helpful in their attempts to enforce the speed limit within the' Town of Bermuda Run. Lee Rollins, per Council's request, will ask the Sheriff's Dept. to have more . Speed Study Review visibility on Riverbend and Fescue. 6. Recycling conversations continue. Davie County's contract to pay for recycling ends on 7/1/21. Bermuda Run HOA Presidents' Zoom call with Town Manager and Mayor from last month was very engaged. Christmas Tree Lighting - residents' suggestion to build community. Winmock hosting another Pop-up Restaurant this week. Blue Heron Trail update - Comet BR path is in. 9.
