Council Members Present: Mayor Rick Cross, Curtis Capps, Heather Coleman, Mike Ernst, Chris  Fowler, and Ken Peacock  Council Members Absent: None  Also Present: 1. Call to Order  Lee Rollins, Town Manager; Cindy Poe, Town Clerk; Brian Williams, Town  Attorney  Mayor Rick Cross called the meeting to order: 2. Adoption of the. Agenda favor and none opposed.  Council Member Heather Coleman made a motion to amend. the agenda by adding item. 5C-. Speed Study, and adopt the agenda as amended. Council Member Curtis Capps. seconded. the motion. The motion was approved by a vote offive(5)in  3. Approval of the. August 25, 2020 Agenda Meeting Minutes  Council Member Chris Fomler made a motion to approve the August 25, 2020 Agenda Meeting mimutes. Council Member Ken Peacock seconded the motion. The motion was approved by ai vote offive (5) inj favor and none opposed.  4. Citizens Comments = None 5. Items for Consideration  A. Stormwater Management Risk and Assessment  Town Manager Lee Rollins shared for review as a follow-up from the. August 25. Agenda  Meeting:  Suggested Stormwater Approach by) John Grey, Grey Engineering Outline for Bermuda Run Drainage and Stormwater Planning, by. Jewell-LJB  Engineering  The proposal, not to exceed $55,000 would require an amendment to the budget. After much discussion, the Council agreed to have Lee Rollins and. Attorney Brian Williams  request a Draft. Agreement from John Grey Engineering. B. Proposed Names of New Kinderton Assess Streets  Proposed new street names are "Burnette Way" and "Bingham Way". This is to honor developers of] Kinderton @ Bermuda Run. Official naming at the October 13 Council Meeting. (NOTE after meeting: Burnette Way and Bingham Way are not available names per E-911) Town Manager Lee Rollins provided a 4-page summary oft the recent study, showing areas over the 85th percentile. 115 pages were sent to Davie County Sheriff] JD Hartman who said the information would be helpful in their attempts to enforce the speed limit within the' Town of Bermuda Run. Lee Rollins, per Council's request, will ask the Sheriff's Dept. to have more  . Speed Study Review  visibility on Riverbend and Fescue.    6. Town Manager Comments Gate Management Update 8. Mayor Comments  Ken Peacock - Lots of good discussion - it's encouraging that we as a Commcil are looking outj for all oft tbe residents.  Recycling conversations continue. Davie County's contract to pay for recycling ends on 7/1/21.  Bermuda Run HOA Presidents' Zoom call with Town Manager and Mayor from last month was  very engaged.  Christmas Tree Lighting - residents' suggestion to build community. Winmock hosting another Pop-up Restaurant this week. Blue Heron Trail update - Comet BR path is in.  9.
