Access Roads Intersections  The Town Council approved a project bid from Performance Management Construction for the construction of two access streets from US Hwy. 158 into the Kinderton Commercial Business Park. Due to the project overlapping budgets, it is recommended that the Town Council adopt the Council Member Mike Erst made a motion to adopt the. Praject Ordinance as presented. Agreement with N-Focus Services for Code Enforcement  The agreement shall provide code enforcement functions on an hourly "on call" basis. Functions performed will be billed at $125.00 per hour. Agreement, ifa approved, will run from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
