Presentation of 2020-2021 Town Audit  Tony Brewer, with Eddie Carrick, CPA, presented the 2020-2021 Town audit and answered questions. (A hard copy oft the audit was placed in the' Town Hall mailbox and is on the town website)  **Council Member Heather Coleman arrived late. B. Blue Heron Trail Project Update  Town Manager, Lee Rollins, ptovided a review oft the project bids received on November 9, 2021 and provided options for next steps for Council consideration. He recommended a resolution to ask the Coumeil Member Curtis Capps made ai motion for tbe Town. Manager to bave ai resolaution for additional fnds for revieny and consideration at the December 14 Commcil Meeting. Council Member. Heather Coleman seconded the motion. The C.A Amendment to Contract: for Installation ofNellie Stevens Hollies. Along Ivy Circle On October 26, 2021, the Council approved a proposal by Blakley Landscape Service, Inc. for the installation of7301 Nellie Stevens Hollies at the cost of $211,675.00. Due to further due diligence in locating utilities, Blakley must build up the planting bed elevation to allow planting with the existing utilities in place. The Town Manager recommends amending the current agreement to approve the additional cost of $90,815.00 for total agreement cost of $299,690.00 and to amend the 2021-2022 General Fund Budget to allocate the additional $90,815.00 from General Fund balance. Eastern Davie Pump Station  The Town requested. lump sum bids for the construction of2,854 linear feet of8 8" sewer forcemain to connect ai new pump station at the current sewer plant to the new. East Davie sewer pump station. Due tos sensitivity to construct across a portion of the BRCC golf course before spring golf play begins, the Town Manager recommends approval of the lowest responsible, responsive bidder to North State Water and Seweri in the amount of $187,264.00. The funds for this project are allocated in the 2021-2022 Town Sewer Fund. When approved, the project is to be completed by February 25, 2022. Council MemberA Mike. Chris Fowler- Appreciates all work by the Town in order to make Bermuda. Rum an even better place to live.
