Town ofBermuda Run Town Council Meeting Minutes November 9, 2021 - 6:00 PM  The Town Council of Bermuda Run held its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Council Members Present: Mayor Rick Cross, Curtis Capps, Heather Coleman, Mike Ernst, Chris  6:00. PM. The meeting was held at the Bermuda Run Town Hall. Council Member Curtis Capps made ai motion to approve the agenda. Council Member. Mike Ernst seconded. the motion. The motion was approved by a vote offive (5) inj favor and none opposed. Council. Member Heather Coleman made ai motion to approve the October 12, 2021 meeting minutes. Council Member Chris Fowler seconded. the motion. The motion was approved by a vote offive (5) in Public Comments - Paul Dixon of 120 Kilbourne Drive in Kinderton Village publicly thanked Mayor Cross and Lee Rollins, Town Manager for their quick action following an incident atl Rise at the end of  Adoption of the Agenda  Approval ofthe October 12, 2021 Town Council Meeting Minutes  favor and none opposed.  October where residents were kept awake due to noise lasting until early morning.  Presentation: Davie County Public Utilities  Johnny Lambert, Utilities Director, presented as he has done for Davie County Commissioners. Budget Amendment- = General Fund Acceptance from Bermuda Run Community Vision Fund The Town Manager recommends the 2021-2022 General Fund Budget be amended to accept $7,000 from the Davie County Community Foundation as revenue and expend $7,000 for expenses related to the "Christmas in the Town of] Bermuda Run" event to be held on December 5,2021. Council Member. Heather Coleman made a motion to amend the budget. Council Member Curtis Capps seconded. the motion. The motion was approved by a vote offive (5) inf favor and none opposed.    Town Manager/ComnelAlyer Comments  Lee. Rollins Ivy Circle tree planting confirmed forfirst 3 weeks of December. Data has been collected for the Phase IStormwater Study - presentation planned for December or January. Blue Heron Trail bids received- - well over the estimated cost. Heather Coleman - Communication is key; asked that we consider residents who don' 't have email and send more "paper"n news. Shared issue at the BR.
