Proposal and Agreement for Comprehensive Plan Update Benchmark CMR, Inc. has proposed a services agreement to update the Town of] Bermuda Run Comprehensive Plan for 2022. The amount for services is $51,550.00. Ifthe agreement is approved, a budget amendment of $51,550.00 from fund balance to General Fund revenues will be needed. Town Manager Lee Rollins recommended that the Council move the action item to the September 14 Town Council. Member. Heatber Coleman made ai motion to add tbe proposed action to tbe. Appoint Members to the Bermuda Run Community Vision Fund Committee The Bermuda Run Community Vision Fund was established by the Davie Community Foundation in 2012. The initial grant of funding was provided by the transfer of $10,616.97 from the Hillsdale Tomorrow Fund. As a result of community initiatives for the holiday tree. lighting at Davie Medical Center in December, 2020 and a planned Christmas at Bermuda Run community event scheduled for December 5, 2021, there is a sufficient desire from community members to officially establish a Town Council Member Mike. Erst made a motion to appoint Chrisly Schafer; Sbaron Reid, Sharon Anderson, Kim Strobacker; and Council Member. Heather Coleman to tbe. Bermuda. Rmn Commumily Vision. Fund Committee. Review ofl Eligible Uses for APRA Funds Received Town Manager Lee Rollins provided the Council with current guidance as to eligible uses of the. ARPA funds received from the Federal Government through the State of] North Carolina. He also provided the 2021 Comprehensive Plan Matrix to juxtapose against eligible uses of ARPA funds.
