Town Streets System: Pavement Life Cycle Review On June 1, 2021 the Town Council approved a proposal from LJB Engineering to conducta a Pavement Life Cycle Development Program. Scott Cooke, PE, CPM presented the assessment findings. Scott Cooke reviewed the report with the Council. The: report will be an aid for future budgeting. B. Proposal to Remove Leyland Cyprus Trees Along the 158 Fence Line funding for the project come from the Gate Operations Fund. Proposal from Twinbrook Builders to. remove the 7501 Leyland Cyprus trees that have come to the end ofl life along US 158 and Ivy Circle. Project estimate to budget is $108,405.00. Itis recommended that Council Member Curtis Capps made ai motion to qpprove tbe proposal as presented. Council. Member. Mike. Emst seconded tbe motion. Amendment to 2020-21 Budget Ordinance in the Gate Operations Fund Itis proposed that the Gate Operations Fund budget be amended to add $108,405.00 to Gate Operations Fund: revenue from Gate Operations Fund Balance and add $108,405.00 to Gate Operation Fund expenditures to reflect the project cost to remove the Leyland Cyprus trees along the US Hwy.
