Proposal: Pavement Life Cycle Program Development stated that this would be a more objective approach.  Proposal from LJB Engineering and recommended by Town Engineer John Grey for the development ofa Pavement Life Cycle Program for an amount not to exceed $29,500. Alternate Member of the Planning Board  On March 10, 2020, the Town Council appointed Erin Hege as an alternate member to the Planning Board. Her appointment filled the unexpired term ofTom Brady, who was appointed a regular member oft the Board when Dr. Ken Peacock was appointed to the Town Council. The unexpired term ends June 30, 2021. There are no other members with terms expiring at this time. The Manager recommends re-appointing Erin Hege as an alternate member to the Planning Board for a full three-yeat Council. Member. Mike. Lee Rollins received a request from a resident to consider sidewalks along Riverbend Drive. He shared with that Council aj preliminary estimate of $2,840,000.00 that was up: from $1.9 million in 2011. Also, this would: not be an acceptable use of funds from the. American Rescue Plan.  Maps have been placed on the wall of the large conference room for reference.  6. Town Manager Comments  AJ letter was mailed to the residents of Bermuda Run East on Thursday, May 27: regarding changes that will be made at the Bermuda Run Package Room. Printed newsletters are coming back thanks to Wildfire.  RISE facility is now fully open, and he'd like the Council to tour it and the new Davie government WinMock's event on Saturday,J June 5 to celebrate their 10-year anniversary. 2021 Election - Filing period first 2 weeks in July. Mike, Chris, and Ken's seats will be open. Comprehensive Plan update willl bei in 2022 and Erin Burris will bej participating  center on Farmington Road.  9.
