Council Members Present: Mayor Rick Cross, Curtis Capps, Heather Coleman, Mike Ernst, Chris  Fowler, and Ken Peacock  Council Members Absent: Also Present: 1. Adoption oft the. Agenda  Council Member. Heatber Coleman made ai motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Council Member Ken Peacock seconded  the motion. Information Items  A. Bermuda Run Country Club - 50th Anniversary  David Ford, General Managet, informed the Council of upcoming events celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Bermuda Run Country Club. Mayor Rick Cross stressed the importance oft the Club to  the Town.  B. Request to Install ParcelLockers at Bermuda Run Drive Indoor Postal Kiosk  Ar request has been submitted to the. Advance Post Office for permission to: install patcel lockers in the current Bermuda Run indoor postal kiosk. Installation of parcel lockers will allow residents within the Bermuda Run East area 24/7 access to packages, as the other residential subdivisions within the' Town  of] Bermuda Run currently access.  C. Revisit Bermuda Run Country Club. Area Speed Study  Council Member Mike Ernst asked that the Council revisit the October, 2020 speed study of the Bermuda Run Country Club (East) area. The original report was included in the agenda packet for review. Mr. Ernst feels that the Council has a responsibility to take action to decrease the amount of speeding in the area. Town Manager Lee Rollins will speak with Sheriff Hartman regarding the speed  study and additional measures that can be taken by the Community Officer.    6. Items for Consideration  A. 2021 Audit Contracts for the Town of] Bermuda Run and the Bermuda Run TDA Eddie Carrick, CPA, PC provided contracts for consideration and approval. Prices have Council Member Mike. Erst made ai motion to approve tbe propoed. Audit Contracts for Eddie Carrick, CPA, PCf for 2021. Council, Member Curtis Capps seconded the motion. Bermuda Run Country Chb's50" Amniversary celebrations are exciting and be bopes to Curtis Cappr-Apolgied, for being late to tbe meeting. Felt discussion regarding tbe Speed. Study was good. Ken Peacock- Healtby discussion. Feels that the changes to tbe Package Room are meeded, and tbat the Town does a goodjob Mike. Ernst - Shared tbat be tries to ride through all ofthe Town each week to "see what'sg going on". Bronght up the question regarding residents ovning cbickens. (Tbere is no Ordinance against this, but it was suggested tbat tbe Tomn consider  Heather Coleman - Feels that tbe changes to the BR. Post Ofice are a good ided.  one in thej future.)  8. Town Manager Comments  Groundork is done regarding tbe. Stormmater. Study and tbe Council. should expect a report in May, 2021. Proposed Budget. sbould be available. April 13, 2021 for discussion and al Public. Hearing toj follow. Update on Duke Energy project- - 90% complete along river bottom; 50% complete on trimming project. Blae Heron Trail Update - Final. submittal to. NCDOT within mext few weeks.  9. Mayor Comments  Paul Moore with. Davie Coumly Recreation. Dept. will be at tbe April 13 Council. Meeting with updates. WimMock at Kinderton is celebrating tbeir 10" Ammiversary tbis year: Commumily Event inj June.  Concert. Series plamed for tbis. Summer w/ Davie Counly Arts Coumcil.  Ribbon Cuttings last week w/ South + Main and tbe Park at Lake. Louise. And update witb realtors regarding  state ofresidential inventory.  There are curently 88 businesses witbin the Town wbich sbows tbe vitality of our community. Brian Williams, Attorney was asked to talk about new. Mocksville Town. Manager; Ken Gamble.  RISE.
