(Winmock Road) The Town of Bermuda Run received a request from Ariston Place LLC to permanently close Peachtree Lane Ext. (Winmock Road) as part oft the. Ariston development project. The Davie County Enterprise failed to publish the notice in the August 17,2022 edition, thereby nullifying the 4-week consecutive publishing requirements set by NC GS 160A-299. The Town Council should re-adopt the Resolution as presented to declare its intent to close the street (Peachtree Lane Ext. Homes Urban Zoning Map Amendment 2022-04 RLM Development, LLC (Homes Urban) has applied to rezone: a 19-acre portion ofa tract of] land totaling approximately 64.7: acres from Commercial Mixed (CM), Yadkin River Watershed (WS-IV) to Village Mixed Conditional District, WS-IV Yadkin River Watershed (VM, WS-IV). The subject property is behind 196 and 1901 NC Hwy 801 N and is further described as a portion of parcel of the Davie County Tax map The Planning Board at its August 17: meeting voted 5-1 for a recommendation to deny the request.
