Resolution of Contingent Award of Construction Contract for the Bermuda Run Blue Heron Trail and of Construction Engineering and Inspection Contract for the Bermuda Run Blue Council Member Curtis Capps made ai motion to qpprove the resolation of contingent avard of construction contract for tbe Blne Heron Trail. Appoint Heather Coleman as Alternate Member of the TAC The Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) oft the Winston-Salem Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) consists of elected officials from each governmental unit within the planning area. Mayor Rick Cross is currently the TAC: member representing the Town of] Bermuda Run. In the event Mayor Cross is not available to attend the TAC: meeting, an alternate member should be available to attend. Council Member Heather Coleman has agreed to serve as an alternate member of the TAC. Council Member Mike Erst made ai motion to appoint. Heatber Coleman as Alternate Member of tbe TAC. Council Member Mike Brannon seconded the motion. The motion was qpproved by a vote offive (5) inj favor and none opposed. Mr. Krasienko is a Kinderton Village resident who currently serves the President oft the Master Board. He is also the current Operations Manager in Davie County for Republic Services. Prior to moving to NC, Mr. Krasienko served on the Lorain, Ohio City Council from 1996-2007. He was then elected C. Appoint Tony Krasienko to the Planning Board Mayor ofLorain and served from 2008-2012. Ifappointed, Mr. Krasienko would assume the planning board: member position previously held by Bermuda Run West resident, Lynn Marcellino. Coumcil Member. Februaty 8, 2022 Council Meeting Agenda Items for Review Annexation Petition -1 139 and 155 South NC Hwy 801 On December 30, 2021, the Town received a petition for contiguous annexation from the property owners of 139 and 155 South NC Hwy 801. On January 11, 2022, the Town Council adopted a Resolution directing the Town Clerk to investigate the petition. On January 11, 2022, the Town Clerk ptesented a Certificate of Sufficiency oft the petition. The Town Council declared a Public Hearing on the petition for voluntary contiguous annexation to bel held at the Bermuda Run Town Hall on' Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 6 pm. The purpose oft the text: amendment is to consider adding a definition for food trucks, allowing temporary uses Zoning Text Amendment 2021-01 Food Trucks in all zoning districts and specifying conditions for the operation of food trucks. SITE 2022-01 Ariston Place 10/70 Request The applicant is petitioning the Town of] Bermuda Run for the approval ofa 10/70 provision for 6.54 acres of project area for a multi-family project. The applicant is proposing 3.67 acres of impervious area on the site. The total impervious area of the site would be! 56.1%. Ifapproved, this allocation would permit up to 70% impervious area on the site. A total of25.86 acres of property have previously received a 10/70 allocation. Therefore, a total of224.14 acres may receive a 10/70 allocation. On January 11, 2022, the Town Council declared a Public Hearing on the subject for' Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 6 pm at the' Town Hall. Zoning Map Amendment 2022-01 Michael Kelley of] Kelley Properties has applied to: rezone six tracts ofl land totaling approximately 6.54 acres from Commercial Mixed (CM), Club Residential (CR), Gateway Corridor Overlay (GC-O) and WS-IV Yadkin River Watershed to Village Mixed (VM). The subject properties are. located east ofNC Hwy 801 South, and West of Ivy Circle. On January 11, 2022 the' Town Council declared a Public Hearing on the subject for Tuesday, Februaty 8 at 61 pm at the' Town Hall. Informational Item: Bermuda Run Drainage Analysis - Phase Two Report analysis of two theoretical development scenarios.
