Plans are to present at the March NC DOTI letter stating the Town of Bermuda Run was in violation of statel law by holding on to funds for larger projects. Town Manager Meadwell asked for exception to bank up to 20 allocations and the $5.9: Million for projects for the Town of Bermuda Run were submitted by Representative Julia Howard and Representatives Crutchfield Rowan/Cabarrus), White (Johnson), and Zenger (Forsyth). Projects included were Stormwater, drainage, and flooding enhancements; wayfinding signage and Memorial Flag project; Phases II and III of Blue Heron Trail; Yadkin River Blue Water Trail. Access Head at Truist Park; pedestrian interconnectivity to. Atrium/WFBH Davie Medical Center; development of Farmers Criteria for new development to help look out for residents that would be conducted by traffic engineer Council Meeting. B.
