Items for Consideration A. TA: 2023-01 Master Plan Overlay  The purpose of this text amendment is to consider removing the requirement that all new development and development expansions of 20% Or greater shall receivea Conditional District zoning approval.    The Planning Board recommended by a vote of5-0i in favor to approve the proposed text amendment. The Town Council is requested to hold a Public Hearing on this text amendment at the regular Februaty Coumcil Member Curtis Capps made a motion to bold a Public Hearing on the text amendment at the February 14 Council Meeting. Council. Member Mike Emst. seconded the motion. The motion as approved by ai vote offve (4) inj favor and one  14, 2023 Town Council Meeting.
