Authority audit services for the year ending) June 30, 2025, for a fee of $1,700 remains unchanged from the previous fiscal year. The Town Manager requests Contract for audit services be approved. Town Ordinances Update-Schafer C. Gate Operations Uplate-Mayor/Tedde: 8. Mayor Comments -Nice turnout: for' The Entertainers concert on 6/15, next concert (Envision) at the end of August. Recent meetings with Kinderton Village HOA leadership to discuss landscaping, mail kiosks, road maintenance, new park on Kilbourne, and communication strategies. Town Charter (HB-1059) was approved by the House and now sits in the Senate. It was combined with several other bills into HB-1064. (Final voice vote in the next day Or two.) Information provided on several social media platforms including the July Town Newsletter encouraging everyone to support NC: Hwy 801 road widening project. Comment period runs until July 15. 9.
