PERSONS BEFORE COUNCIL: Bath Christmas Project President Hunter Clark advised Council that some ofthe decorations from this season had been damagedor stolen. Discussion ensued on remedies. Chiefof Police Link reported that the BSPD: has applied for grants for cameras to be placed around Town for security purposes. Mr. Clark added that the storage building from the Depot lot is ready to be moved to 5. COMMUNICATION FROMMAYOR: The Mayor requested an update on the north end of Wilkes Street paving project. Recorder Webster described discussion held at the Bath Planning Commission meeting and volunteered to contact Daryl Cowles; the Governor's representative in the Eastern Panhandle and Randy Watson, Senior were approved by Common Consent. the Pines Opportunity Center as planned. Partner with the Thrasher Group for assistance. COMMITTEE AND BOARD REPORTS 1. BATHDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Next meeting is February 2, 2022 at 2. PARKS & REC: Next meeting is January 19, 2022. No report at this time. 3. PLANNING COMMISSION: Next meeting is February 3, 2022. 4:30pm. No report at this time. 4. RAIL/TRAIL: No report at this time. 5. STREEISCAPB: Committee Co-Chair Pete Brown submitted a progress report with future plans and issues (see attached). The next meeting is January 20, 2022. 6. TRAIN DEPOT: Recorder Webster advised Council that the Haz Mat work at the Depot should be completed by the end oft the month. She is coordinating with Paula McClain of the Mills Group on the development and publication oft the Notice of Request for Bids for the interior rehabilitation of the Depot. 7. LANDMARK COMMISSION: No report at this time. 8. CLERK/RECORDER REPORT: No report at this time. 9. FINANCE: Chairman Webster presented the following bills for approval. ChiefLink is researching grant applications to hire 12.PUBLIC WORKS: Chairman Weber reported on the Labor Crew's diligence in snow plowing and removal during the recent storm. Appreciation was shown for their efforts. additional officers. 13.ORDINANCE: No report at this time. 14.CEMETERY: No report at this time. 15.GRANT: No report at this time. 16.BERKELEY SPRINGS WATER WORKS: Chairman Chapman reported that the Water Line Replacement Project is moving forward.
