Counçil discussion concurred that the reserved spots for the loading and unloading of plants MOTION: To approve the reservation of the first three non-handicap spots on Fairfax Street adjacent to the State Park and the first non-handicap spot on S. Washington Street for the use of the Master Gardeners for the Plant Fair May 6 and 7- Councilwoman Skinner reported on the success of the Make it Shine event. held on April 2. Planning Commission President Larry Landon reminded Council ofthe Make it Shine event planned by the Friends oft the North Berkeley Rail/Trail to be could not include handicap spots. No report at this time. 3. PLANNING COMMISSION: The next regular meeting is April 7 at 5pm. 4. RAIL/TRAIL: Committee Co-Chairman Pete Brown has submitted progress reports to the Town office including storm water management and work to complete the 5. TRAIN DEPOT: Recorder Webster advised Council that the single bid received for design/build plans. meeting to detail future plans. 1 the Interior Rehab oft the Depot was approximately $77,000 more than available funding. She reported that a conferençe call with the WVI DOH was productive and that options for relief from the bid overage were offered. All routes for moving the project forward are being explored and Webster will update at the next meeting. 8. CLERK/RECORDER REPORT: Recorder Webster's assistance was sought to produce ordinances concerning the notification of property improvements to the tax MOTION: To approve for Second Reading Ordinance 2022-03-15 ordering the use ofForm LGR 12:75 for the notification ofbuilding and property improvements in Bath to the Morgan County Tax Assessor Skinner/Chapman - Carried Webster has discussed with the Town Attorney the possibility ofBath following Morgan County's lead with using a Building Permit Affidavit concerning the Clerk Corrick shared the Levy Estimate and Planned Budget for FY 2022-23 final 9. FINANCE: Chairwoman Webster presented the following bills for approval. BERKELEY SPRINGS WATER WORKS: Chairman Chapman discussed the proposed 2022 Berkeley and Morgan Counties Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Plan and requested that ar resolution for Council approval be plaçed on the next Town agenda.
